Mushroom Pasta
1 lb pasta
1 lb asparagus spears
8 oz green beans
1 cup peas
2 cups mushrooms
2 garlic cloves minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
½ cup vegetable broth or water
1 ½ cup whole milk
½ cup parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt, add pasta
Chop asparagus, green beans, garlic, and mushrooms
Heat olive oil and in skillet, then add in veggies and salt and pepper
Take veggies out and add in butter, flour, and milk mixture to create a roux, add broth and cheese
Combine veggies, pasta, and cheese sauce and sauté for 2-5 more minutes until heated through and ready to eat!
